Q. How do I qualify for this rebate?
To qualify for the Brand rebate, purchase at least $20 (not including tax) worth BioAdvanced®, Baby Bio™ or NATRIA® branded products in a single purchase and receive $5 back. Purchase $35 (not including tax) worth of BioAdvanced®, Baby Bio™ or NATRIA® branded products in a single purchase and receive $10 back. To qualify for the Weed & Feed rebate, purchase a small bag (9.6 lbs. or 10 lbs.) to receive $5 back or a large bag (20 lbs. or 24 lbs.) to receive $10 back of the valid products for this offer.
Q. What items qualify for this rebate?
Brand Rebate: Valid on purchases of any BioAdvanced®, Baby Bio™ or NATRIA® lawn and garden products including DuraZone®. Weed & Feed Rebate: Valid on purchases of any BioAdvanced® 5 IN 1 WEED & FEED, 3 IN 1 WEED & FEED FOR SOUTHERN LAWNS*, 3 IN 1 WEED & FEED FOR SOUTHERN LAWNS PLUS INSECT KILLER branded products. *Only valid on 9.6 lb, 10 lb, 20 lb & 24 lb version for 3 in 1 Weed & Feed For Southern Lawns.
Q. What are the valid register receipt dates?
Your cash register receipt must be dated between 2/1/24-6/30/24 for the Weed & Feed Rebate and 2/1/2024-10/31/2024 for the Brand Rebate.
Q. How can I find the status of my rebate that was submitted via mail?
To Track a rebate, please visit rebates.bioadvanced.com, click “Track A Rebate” and complete the required fields. Once all required fields are completed, please click “Check Rebate Status”.
Q. Why didn't I find my rebate status from a claim that I mailed in?
Your mail in rebate will be processed in the order in which it was received. The status of your submission will not be available until your rebate is processed. Typically this will take 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your submission.
Q. How can I find the status of my rebate submission that was submitted online?
To Track a rebate, please visit rebates.bioadvanced.com and login to your account. Once in your account, please engage with the “My Status” dashboard and your rebate status will be detailed therein.
Q. How long should I expect to wait to receive my rebate once it has been submitted?
Typically you will receive your rebate in 4-6 weeks.
Q. Can I mail multiple rebate submissions in the same envelope?
No. To ensure that all rebate requests are processed correctly, please submit them individually. Please refer to offer terms and conditions for specific offer limitations.
Q. Do I need to provide the UPC number of the participating product I purchased in order to qualify?
Yes. You will need to provide the qualifying product UPC codes in order to participate in this rebate program.
Q. When does this offer expire?
The Weed & Feed rebate offer will expire 6/30/2024 and all submissions must be uploaded or postmarked by 7/31/24. The Brand rebate offer will expire 10/31/2024 and all submissions must be uploaded or postmarked by 11/30/2024.
Q. Can I mail in a rebate form if it is past the postmark date?
No. If the deadline for submissions has passed, you will not qualify for the rebate.
Q. If I submitted my rebate online, will I receive an email confirming my status?
Yes. You will receive an email confirming your submission.
Q. If my submission was rejected because of “processing limits”, what does that mean?
This rebate program is valid for up to 3 per household. Your submissions exceed the allowable limit.
Q. If my submission was rejected because of “need written UPC’s”, what does that mean?
In order to qualify for this rebate, it is required that you hand write the qualified UPC(s) onto the submission form.
Q. How will my rebate be paid?
Your rebate will be paid in the form of an SBM MasterCard® prepaid card.
Q. Do I have to create an account to register online?
You will be required to create an account with your online submission so you can check back and review your submissions and status.
Q. What are the status messages for my online submission and what do they mean?
Pending (awaiting approval/denial), Valid (approved), Invalid (rejected).
